3. How to do Import Agent with us

1). Locating the cargos’ HS code according to your cargo information, and prepare a suitable importing program against your requirements.

2). Sign an agent export agreement with you.

3). Based on the discussed payment terms and other terms which fixed by you and your supplier, we sign the purchase contract with your supplier for you.

4). After receiving the related money (RMB) from you, we will remit the money or open the L/C to your supplier.

5). As soon as your suppliers deliver out the cargos, pls ask them provide all related documents to us for import customs clearance (e.g. bill of lading/invoice/packing list/certificate of original and other required documents).

6). Before the arrival of the goods(all Chinese port), we will prepare all importing customs clearance documents (including free 3C/import licenses and other documents required by government).

7). After arriving of cargos, we will arrange the customs formalities, or use the forwarder service designated by you or your oversea supplier.

8). Finishing the customs clearance, we will pay the importing duty, excise and VAT as soon as we have the related money from you, or you can pay the duty by yourselves.

9). After releasing from customs, we will arrange delivery to you, or guide you to pick up goods by yourself.

10). Do the settlement with you as soon as the consigned order finished.
